The presentation of IE2S's quality management is intended to provide an overview of our company, IE2S, and its processes to our employees, clients, business partners, and other external stakeholders.
Scope, Publication and Continuous Improvement
The management system and associated processes are mandatory for all IE2S employees. Relevant documentation is readily available at all times. The application and adherence to the rules and processes are regularly reviewed through a three-year audit cycle. Suggestions for improvements are welcomed and processed by the Quality Management Representative. Our goal is the continuous enhancement of our services, processes, and regulations.
Certification
At IE2S, we place great emphasis on quality and continuous improvement. We are proud to be ISO 9001 certified, affirming our commitment to high-quality standards and efficient processes. This international standard ensures that our services consistently meet the highest requirements, with customer satisfaction at the heart of our operations.
Through ongoing audits and certifications, we continuously refine our workflows and quality standards to guarantee seamless operations moving forward.
Information Security
At IE2S, safeguarding the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of information is paramount. We have implemented robust measures to protect sensitive and confidential data, in line with the Information Security Questionnaire of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA ISA). The evaluation of our Stuttgart site was carried out by TÜV Rheinland i-sec GmbH.
The evaluation results are available via the ENX portal for authorised parties under Scope ID SNY44T and Assessment ID ATLTXK.
