The annual survey, conducted by the Handelsblatt Research Institute in cooperation with In&Out Consulting GmbH, evaluates corporate culture, employee focus, and social responsibility. Using a multi-stage process, the assessment combines both company data and employee feedback to identify particularly attractive employers.
