Our approach integrates transformation paths for (local renewable) electricity generation, electricity procurement, gas procurement, heat and cold conversion, and the company’s logistics fleet into a technically and economically optimised implementation plan, specifically tailored to the needs of the site. This concept serves as the foundation for subsequent execution planning and implementation.
